I loved this session.  Everything from the gorgeous family, to the beautiful setting Fullerton, California sun… it was amazing!

We shot our session in Fullerton, CA at Hillcrest Park.  It’s such a cute little location, with different spots to shoot in.  I love the realness of some of these photos.  I love how you can feel their love and emotion toward one another.  Documeting relationships is one of my favorite parts of photography.  I love when you can look at an image and immediately FEEL something, and so many of these photos from this session do just that.

Chris Burkmenn once said “The harder the fight, the greater the victory.”

I know this to be true.

When you have been fighting for something for so long, and I mean fighting SO hard for something, every waking hour it consumes you.  You cry and you battle and you hope, oh the hope, so much hope…

and then it finally happens…

you finally come out of it…

victorious.

I am so happy I got to photograph these touching photos of my sweet friend with her two miracles.  One at her side, one still growing within.

I love you Freeman Family and I am so happy for you and your new little “Wyld” man. <3

Another beautiful session at the Happiest Place on Earth!  Oh how I love shooting at Disneyland.  There are SO many magical memories to capture there!  This Disneyland session was extra special because it was with some of our best friends on this earth!  I have been photographing Reyes since she was in her mama’s belly, and I have loved being able to watch her grow from behind the lens.

These last ones are just an outtakes, but such a classic Disney moment!  Reyes and I had hopped into this purple teacup, ready to take a spin around Wonderland, when all of a sudden Alice and the Mad Hatter appeared and force fed us tea!

“Mad Matter: “Have I gone mad?” 
Alice: “I’m afraid so. You’re entirely bonkers. But I’ll tell you a secret. All the best people are.”

I love Disneyland.  It’s no surprise.  So I get really excited when I get to hang out with people who love it just as much as I do!  I had so much fun with Zarah and her family.  Taking pictures in Disneyland right at rope drop is one of my favorite times of the day for sessions.  The parks aren’t packed yet and the morning light is really pretty!

The Beast’s Library is one of my favorite hidden spots in the parks that not too many people know about.  Isn’t it beautiful?
